- mix mayo and olive oil and seasoning basil, paprika, (Not salt( i dont use salt but if you want to add thats your choice )& coat with the above mixture then add breadcrumbs( if you put olive oil on cookie pan and bake the chicken, it turns out really crispy but NOT greasy
- use mayo ,light mayo or miracle whip (yeah i know, but miracle whip adds good flavor...i've been doing this since 90s and my son liked this recipe of breaded chicken as it turns out crispy using ritz crackers, and i used a little olive oil and baked using baking sheet ,cookie pan or baking dish (which liars LL stole all my kitchen stuff2021, anyway....
