 these are some coping methods i use since i was teen , 

•I have been  journalling ever since i was a teen

•i do coping tapes(its a journal but i tape it as it happens to help me process ,deal with trauma,anxiety, my feelings as it happens

•i sing it out....i sing songs and change words to help me cope ,deal with trauma, anxiety,  and how i am feeling( i used to sing like this  when i was a kid as well, bc sometimes i didnt like or understand words in song, so i put my own words in)

•i draw :  to help me deal with my trauma,being stalked , anxiety panic attacks or draw things to lift my spirits 

noting i was able to eat healthier because i was cooking my own meals 2022-2_2025( esa LIARS slandered my name, so i havent been able to make my own meals _ This is NOT kharma, neither is what giberson, redroof, esa(extendedstay)BESTWESTERN LIARS  etal did

• mix mayo and olive oil and seasoning basil, paprika, (Not salt( i dont use salt but if you want to add thats your choice )& coat with the above mixture then add  breadcrumbs( if you put olive oil on cookie pan and bake the chicken, it turns out really crispy but NOT greasy
• use mayo ,light mayo or miracle whip (yeah i know, but miracle whip adds good flavor...i've been doing this since 90s  and my son liked this recipe of breaded chicken as it turns out crispy using ritz crackers,  and i used a little olive oil and baked using baking sheet ,cookie pan  or baking dish  (which liars LL  stole all my kitchen stuff2021, anyway....
• i sautee evoo with some onions(& tomatoes and bellpeppers), with an egg  to stretch out my meals for breakfast . (& onions add nice flavor to  whatever you're making whether its for breakfast ,lunch or dinner. 

 (i try to buy store brand evoo bc its less expensive)
